All our products are quality checked and tested to make sure they are perfect and fit into your expectations exactly, if not exceed them. It is our mission to spread the joy that comes with an amazing online shopping experience, and our carefully curated collection of unique and handcrafted products only adds to the experience. We want you to feel as proud of our products as we do — to show them off to your friends and loved ones.

In the event that the product you received has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, please reach out to us at 1isto3pvtltd@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of the product and we will make sure to replace the product. Please send us an email with the order ID, and images of the product from the registered email address to initiate the process.

 

In the event that you have sizing issues with the product you have received, we provide an exchange facility to ensure you find the right size. Please reach out to us at 1isto3pvtltd@gmail.com with the order ID and images of the product from the registered email address within 7 days from the receipt of the product and we will initiate the exchange process.

 

Please note all items must be returned in an unused, unworn condition, in the original packaging and with the tags intact. 

 

Presently, we do not have a refund policy.
