Shipping Charges

All your orders on Cheez are shipped at the same flat rate of Rs. 11. There is no minimum order amount to be applicable for this rate.

It does not matter whether your order is big or small, whether your location is far or near — the flat rate prevails. That is our solemn promise.

Order Processing Time

It generally takes about 2-5 working days to process your order and get it ready for dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. The tracking details will be shared with you.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location. It will be notified clearly to you in the email with the order details.

After your order is dispatched, you will be able to track its progress directly using the tracking link provided.

In certain locations, we will offer quick delivery services. If the location of dispatch and delivery are very close to each other (intra city), you can opt for a rapid delivery service to get your product at your doorstep within 24 hours.

You can cancel your order at any moment until dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched and is en route to your location, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
